PIPGENIUS is designed to be self-explanatory, but this guide will walk you through every feature so you can get the most from every estimate.
Getting Started
Sign up with your email address. No credit card required to get started.
Click "New Estimate" and choose between Gut Check (60 seconds) or Deep Dive (full detail).
Type the hotel name — autocomplete will find the address, city, state, and brand automatically.
Set room count, renovation tier, and choose Softgoods, Full, or Skip for each section.
See a full cost breakdown by section with low-high ranges. Adjust any line item in Deep Dive mode.
Save the estimate to your dashboard. Export as PDF to share with ownership or lenders.
